Acceptable Use Policy:
Cúchulainns
GAA Club is solely focused on providing gaelic footballers and
hurlers with information on joining the Cúchulainns club,
one of the best GAA clubs in London. The Cúchulainns GAA
Club website and textual information, are intended for viewing
only and should not be copied or resold by anyone. None of the
information or services provided on the Cúchulainns GAA
Club website are intended for unethical or illegal marketing practices,
including but not limited to:
1.1
Spam:
Cúchulainns
GAA Club does not participate in spamming and maintains a zero
tolerance spam policy. Those who enter into relationships with
Cúchulainns GAA Club and choose to promote Cúchulainns
GAA Club or Cúchulainns GAA Club services using spam will
have their relationship with Cúchulainns GAA Club immediately
terminated.
1.2
Harvesting E-mail Address:
Tools
and resources provided by the Cúchulainns GAA Club website
are neither intended nor permitted to be used for the harvesting
of e-mail addresses. Those who have found ways to abuse any of
these tools and resources and use them for mass harvesting or
spamming will have their relationship with Cúchulainns
GAA Club immediately terminated.

Unauthorized Opt-In:
In order
to protect our opt-in e-mail list, we are currently in the process
of implementing a system by which we will record the IP addresses
of all subscribers. If an e-mail address is subscribed to our
system without the owner’s permission, the host of the IP will
be contacted and pursued to terminate the user.

Fraud:

GAA Club will pursue and prosecute to the fullest extent of the
law any individual(s) who attempt to use our information, website,
or services for the purpose of fraudulent dealings. Cúchulainns
GAA Club maintains ethical practices and will not tolerate any
misuse of our information or services by any third party. If misuse
occurs, we will do everything in our power to immediately terminate
the relationship and prevent any further misuse.

Privacy Statement:

GAA Club supports the right of personal privacy and security on
the Internet. Cúchulainns GAA Club will never sell or market
names, e-mail addresses, or any other privileged information about
our members or subscribers.

Unsubscribe Policy:

GAA Club respects the request of any individual asking to have
his/her e-mail address opted-out of our database. As well, every
e-mail sent by Cúchulainns GAA Club provides an automated
unsubscribe option at the bottom of each e-mail. All other unsubscribe
requests can easily be processed by sending an e-mail, including
the e-mail
